These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you
(“Member” / “User”) and Pro GAME (UK) Ltd, trading as GolfSave (“GolfSave” / “we”
/ “us” / “our”).
By registering for and using GolfSave via our website or mobile app, you agree to be
bound by these Terms.

1. About Us
1.1 GolfSave is operated by Pro GAME (UK) Ltd, registered in England & Wales
(Company No: 07710999), with its registered office at White Gates, Cheapside Lane,
Denham, Buckinghamshire, UB9 5AE.
1.2 GolfSave is provided free of charge to eligible members of participating golf
clubs.
1.3 GolfSave acts solely as a facilitator and introducer of third-party offers and
services and does not act as principal, agent, or supplier in relation to third-party
transactions.

2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the UK or Ireland to register.
2.2 You must be a current member of a participating golf club partnered with
GolfSave.
2.3 Only one account per person is permitted. Accounts are personal and non-
transferable.
2.4 You must provide accurate information and keep your details up to date.
2.5 Your GolfSave access may be revoked if you cease to be a member of a
participating golf club.
3.Services Provided
3.1 GolfSave provides access to a range of third-party offers, which may include:
- Discounted national gift cards and eGifts supplied by third-party partners
- Affiliate or national partner discounts
- Redeemable discount codes
- Local business offers and vouchers
- Cashback contributions credited towards golf club membership fees
- Reciprocal golf access (where available)
3.2 All offers are subject to individual supplier terms, expiry dates, availability, and conditions.
3.3 GolfSave does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continuity of any offer.
4. National Gift Cards & eGifts
4.1 When you purchase a gift card or eGift, your contract is strictly with the issuing
retailer or its appointed distributor (currently Blackhawk Network EMEA Limited).
4.2 GolfSave does not process payments and is not the merchant of record.
4.3 We are not responsible for:
- Delivery or fulfilment of gift cards
- Expiry or non-redemption
- Loss, theft, or misuse of gift cards
- Supplier insolvency
- Third-party system outages
4.4 Cancellation and refund policies are governed entirely by the supplier’s terms.
4.5 Digital gift cards are generally non-refundable once issued unless required by
law or the supplier’s terms.
5. Affiliate & National Partner Offers
5.1 Your contract for affiliate or national partner offers is always with the third-party
supplier.
5.2 GolfSave does not guarantee that displayed discounts are the lowest available in
the market.
5.3 GolfSave does not endorse or recommend third-party products or services.
5.4 GolfSave may receive commission, sponsorship, or financial returns from
partners. This does not alter the advertised member benefit.
5.5 GolfSave accepts no liability for the quality, performance, or fulfilment of third-
party products or services.
6. Local Deals
6.1 Local deals are provided by independent businesses.
6.2 No upfront payment is normally required. Vouchers or codes must be presented
at the point of sale.
6.3 Any cashback associated with a local deal is subject to the stated terms of that
offer.
6.4 GolfSave does not guarantee availability, suitability, or quality of local business
services.
6.5 Retailers may amend or withdraw offers at any time without notice.
7. Cashback Towards Membership
7.1 Cashback earned through GolfSave is credited only towards your golf club
membership fees.
7.2 Cashback:
- Has no cash value
- Cannot be withdrawn or transferred
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
7.3 Cashback expires 12 months after the date of credit unless otherwise stated.
7.4 GolfSave may suspend or cancel cashback where fraud, misuse, error, or breach
of these Terms is suspected.
7.5 Cashback credits are conditional upon the underlying transaction being valid and
not cancelled or refunded.
8. Reciprocal Golf
8.1 Reciprocal golf is available only at participating clubs and subject to availability.
8.2 Access is typically limited to Full and 5-Day Members of participating clubs.
8.3 Host clubs retain full discretion over tee time allocation and access.
8.4 GolfSave is not responsible for refusal of access or decisions made by host
clubs.
8.5 Reciprocal vouchers are non-transferable and must be validated at time of play.
9. Use of GolfSave
9.1 You must not:
- Share login details
- Share vouchers or codes
- Use the platform for fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to manipulate cashback or affiliate systems
9.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
credentials.
9.3 GolfSave may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, suspected fraud, or
breach of these Terms.
9.4 You are responsible for ensuring device compatibility with the GolfSave app.
9.5 GolfSave may monitor usage for fraud prevention and platform integrity.Digital Wallet
10.1 The GolfSave app may include a wallet feature for storing loyalty or
membership cards.
10.2 Card data stored in the wallet is held locally on your device only.
10.3 GolfSave does not store, process, or access wallet card information.
10.4 Where available, biometric authentication (e.g., Face ID or Touch ID) may be
used to secure wallet access. Biometric data is managed solely by your device
operating system.
10. Digital Wallet
10.1 The GolfSave app may include a wallet feature for storing loyalty or
membership cards.
10.2 Card data stored in the wallet is held locally on your device only.
10.3 GolfSave does not store, process, or access wallet card information.
10.4 Where available, biometric authentication (e.g., Face ID or Touch ID) may be
used to secure wallet access. Biometric data is managed solely by your device
operating system.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All intellectual property relating to GolfSave remains the property of Pro GAME
(UK) Ltd or its licensors.
11.2 You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written consent.
12.Data Protection & Privacy
12.1 GolfSave processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and
applicable data protection laws.

13. Limitations of Liability
13.1 GolfSave provides its platform on an “as available” basis.
13.2 We are not liable for:
- Third-party product failures
- Non-redemption of vouchers
- Withdrawal of offers
- Supplier insolvency
- Errors in third-party descriptions
- Indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity
13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, or for fraud.
14. Changes to Terms
14.1 We may update these Terms from time to time.
14.2 Continued use of GolfSave constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
15. Termination
15.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting
adminteam@golfsave.co.uk.
15.2 We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You breach these Terms
- You misuse the platform
- You cease to be a member of a participating golf club
- We reasonably suspect fraud or abuse
15.3 Any unused cashback may be forfeited upon termination.
16.Governing Law
16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16.2 If you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in
your local courts.
